1. 送紙部：采用磁吸式側(cè)面檔板來固定待過膠紙堆，靈活穩(wěn)固；飛達(dá)自動送紙，也可采用手動來送紙或過絨布。

2.上膠布：可調(diào)式上膠滾筒，能均勻涂布紙張表面，且不起皮皺，循環(huán)式膠水糟，附間接加溫及溫控系統(tǒng)，可確保膠水之粘度。循環(huán)式清洗系統(tǒng)2分鐘內(nèi)機器清洗完成。 

3.輸送部：采用真空吸附輸送，全方位吸紙，輸送平穩(wěn)，紙張順暢，不歪斜。輸送機前段自然干燥附吸風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，可穩(wěn)固吸紙及拉平紙張前進(jìn)。 

4.封面折邊部：貼合滾筒外覆堅硬鐵費龍鋼材質(zhì)，不易磨損，調(diào)整及折卸容易。自動將書本式包裝盒的外殼和精裝書本封面的外貼紙向里平貼在硬紙片。
