By using PLC programming controller, touch screen human-machine interface, photoelectric tracking system, servo control system, and automatic gluing system, various processes of cardboard conveying, gluing, folding, forming, and organizing paper boxes are achieved. The entire process is automated, and the production efficiency is improved by tens of times compared to traditional manual methods. 特點(diǎn)：

1、吸風(fēng)底抽式自動(dòng)卷紙，輸紙準(zhǔn)確、平穩(wěn)。

2、光纖定位折邊涂膠，除低涂膠誤差。

3、伺服推送紙板前后涂膠，減少光電眼照射紙板之誤差，涂膠更準(zhǔn)確。

4、前后涂膠采用雙槍八字形涂膠，紙盒貼合平整牢固。

5、成型采用變頻聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)速，各部分無(wú)需單獨(dú)調(diào)整，節(jié)省調(diào)機(jī)時(shí)間。

6、成型采用全封閉式且各部分裝有安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng)，操縱安全無(wú)憂。

7、采用PLC微電腦編程控制器、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面、光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)、實(shí)現(xiàn)紙盒的一次性成型全過(guò)程自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。

5. The molding adopts variable frequency linkage speed regulation, and each part does not need to be adjusted separately, saving adjustment time.

6. The molding adopts a fully enclosed design and each part is equipped with a safety protection system, ensuring worry free operation.

7. Adopting PLC microcomputer programming controller, touch screen human-machine interface, photoelectric tracking system, to achieve the automation of the entire process of one-time molding of paper boxes.
