ZXT-900型連體糊盒機(jī)(鞋盒機(jī))是我廠根據(jù)客戶需求自行研制的底蓋連體盒上膠機(jī)器。該機(jī)具有操作簡(jiǎn)便、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、性能穩(wěn)定、用膠量少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。突破了傳統(tǒng)底蓋連體盒手工刷膠，無法機(jī)器上膠的專業(yè)產(chǎn)品，大大的提高了效益，是各制盒企業(yè)的理想設(shè)備。

采用吸風(fēng)式送紙保證送紙準(zhǔn)確、流暢;PLC可編程控制器、人機(jī)界面參數(shù)調(diào)整，采用單根膠輥配備氣缸動(dòng)作同步完成上膠作業(yè);變頻輸出根據(jù)客戶要求調(diào)整主機(jī)速度，是大批量生產(chǎn)的理想設(shè)備。

Breaking through the traditional manual gluing of bottom cover combo boxes, which is a professional product that cannot be machine glued, greatly improves efficiency and is an ideal equipment for various box making enterprises.

Adopting suction type paper feeding to ensure accurate and smooth paper feeding; PLC programmable controller, human-machine interface parameter adjustment, using a single rubber roller equipped with cylinder action synchronization to complete the gluing operation; Variable frequency output adjusts the host speed according to customer requirements, making it an ideal equipment for mass production.
